RETURN CONDITIONS
If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days. The refund will be made within the next 14 days.
Return procedure:
Filling out the form:
Fill out the Return Form, which you will find in the order you received.
Attach a fiscal receipt for the order placed.
Shipping the goods:
Send the goods by courier to the specified address, along with the completed form and the fiscal receipt.
Important information:
Factory defect: If the item has a factory defect, its value will be refunded to the customer.
Size discrepancy or dissatisfaction: In this case, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Refusal to accept a shipment: If you refuse to accept a shipment, the transportation costs in both directions are paid by the customer.
Exceptions: Products from the underwear and socks sector are not subject to return.
Condition of the products: Returned goods must be in their original commercial condition:
They must not have been worn, washed, ironed, stained or have an unpleasant odor.
Must be in the original packaging and with a label.
Incorrect Return: Returns made in a manner other than as instructed above WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The shipping fee for returned items will be deducted from the amount you will be refunded.
Refund: You will receive the value of the returned items in the bank account you specified in the Return Form within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Defective Goods Fee: The shipping fee for returned goods with a proven manufacturing defect will be refunded.
